Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and they are non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings will be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Accommodation Vouchers are valid for 9 months from date of purchase, Dining & Afternoon Tea Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Monetary Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Accommodation, Dining & Afternoon Tea vouchers need prior booking and are subject to availability and rate change.

Accommodation vouchers may not cover the full current selling rate of the date you require. If this is the case, we can advise you of the price so addidtional payment may be made to cover the difference.
